Banner Environmental & Constructions Services, Inc. (BECS)   is   a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) offering full    service general     contracting    and   environmental     remediation     services.   BECS’ corporate offices are based in Lee’s Summit, MO and serve the entire Midwest region of the United States.  

Our Mission is to ensure that all of our clients receive the highest quality of service which meets all of their general contracting and environmental remediation needs.  We are dedicated to ensuring that safe and cost effective solutions are a part of every project and that all BECS team members are the most professional and well trained in the industry.

E-Verify Program   

BECS is a proud user of the E-Verify program that electronically verifies the employment eligibility of newly hired employees.  E-Verify is a partnership between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Social Security Administration (SSA).   E-Verify works by allowing participating employers to electronically compare employee information taken from the Form I-9 to information provided in more than 485 million records combined in the SSA's and DHS' immigration databases.  BECS guarantees to supply not only the most well trained employees but legal, employment eligible employees.

On Sept. 14, 1814, Francis Scott Key peered through the clearing smoke to see an enormous banner still flying proudly after a 25-hour British bombardment of Baltimore's Fort McHenry.  This “Star-Spangled Banner" soon became a valued keepsake in the family of Lt. Col. George Armistead, the fort's commander.

For more than 200 years, the American flag has been the symbol of our nation's strength and unity.  The American Banner, our sacred flag, is a major symbol of national patriotism and identity. Donated to the Smithsonian in 1907, the historic “Star-Spangled Banner" has been a visible reminder of the sacrifices made by so many in order to preserve our democracy and its ideals.
