About Us:

 BECS is a federally registered and certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is owned, operated and led by its President, Mr. Roger Gibson, a proud Veteran of the US   Navy’s “Fighting Seabees”.    Mr. Gibson has more than 26 years   of experience in the environmental remediation, consulting and general contracting fields.   He plays a critical role in business development and marketing Banner’s services as well as overseeing the day to day operations. 

 BECS Vice-President, Mr. Jim Boland, has over 20 years of experience in the general contracting and environmental consulting & testing fields.   Before joining BECS, Mr. Boland owned and operated a successful environmental consulting and testing firm for over ten years.  Mr. Boland not only oversees all field operations but is a key element in the business development and marketing of BECS’ environmental consulting and testing division. 

 This combined experience of over 46 years was gained working on and successfully completing thousands of environmental remediation and general contracting projects.  The majority of these contracts were with City, State and Federal entities throughout the Midwest region.   Professional references will be provided upon request.
